Information for your Convenience
Tuition Due: Just a reminder that the first tuition payment is due August 1, tuition discount of 5% is available to those who pay the full yearly tuition by the first day of school. (Tuition payments are always on the 1st.)
Open House: Open House is on Tuesday, August 29 at 6:30 p.m. in the school gymnasium. This is an informational session for families who are enrolled and/or interested in our school. We would like at least one parent from each family to attend. Students are certainly welcome. Classrooms will be open and teachers will be available to chat.
First Day: The first day of school will be Monday, August 19th. As in the past, school begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3:45 p.m. during the school year.
Bus Service: The following buses, 698 – East side of Cincinnati, 699 – West side of Cincinnati, are subject to change. For route or eligibility information, please call the transportation office in your school district. Clifton Christian Academy has a Gray Van that serves 22 students at $55 a month. Seating is limited. To use the CCA Grey Van, the charges must be paid on the 1st of the month. Call the office for more details.
All Students entering the seventh grade are required by the state of Ohio to receive a does of Tdap vaccine before they can begin classes in August. If you have a seventh grader, please fax proof of vaccination from your child’s doctor to 513-751-1224. For further information or questions, please contact the Hamilton County Health Department at 513-946-7800.
All Prescriptions and nonprescription (over the counter) medication, including Tylenol, Advil, Ibuprofen, Rolaids, etc. must have an Administration of Medication at School form completed by the doctor and the parents. This medication form can be picked up from the office or sent home at any time. It can be faxed to the doctor’s office if more convenient. Students may not keep medication in purses, book bags, or in lockers. Cough drops may be given with a note from the parent and kept in the office for storage. Than you for your support in following these medications safety rules here at CCA.
Supply list: Lists for student school supplies were mailed out in report cards. Students should come to school on the first day with all supplies. Each student should have at least the basic supplies (paper, pencil, and a pen) on the first day of school. Supply lists can be obtained in the office, on the website, or on the first day of school
Spring Test Results: The results for the spring Ohio state tests have been received in the office. If you would like a copy, please call the office.
Remember: Only those who have paid the registration fees are considered registered. (Returning students - $50 and New students - $100)

Clifton Christian Academy Early Childhood Program Now Enrolling for Fall 2019! For 4 & 5-year old’s (pre-k and kindergartners)
Part-Time Position in the Cafeteria for 3 hours a day. This individual must be self-motivated, dependable and must have own transportation. You should apply if you are a US citizen and have some knowledge of food service. We will conduct a background check and drug test.
Bus Driver needed for the 2019-20 school year, starting August 15, 2019. Must be a U.S. citizen, have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background and drug test
Mrs. Leona Bange has been teaching in Adventist education for thirteen years. She holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, with a religion minor from Southwestern Adventist University. Leona has taught in the Columbia and Lake Unions and has experience in both small and Junior Academy settings. She has a passion for music and music education. Mrs. Bange loves to help students learn music, play instruments, and sing for Jesus! She is new to CCA but not to the Ohio Conference. Mrs. Bange has worked in this conference for many years as principal and as a classroom teacher.
